Point of view is the relationship of the storyteller or narrator to the story. There are three kinds of point of view:
1. Omniscience point of view: the story is told by the author using the third person, and his knowledge and prerogative are unlimited.
2. Third person point of view: the author tells the story in a third person, but he tells it from the view point of one character in the story.
3. First person point of view: the author disappears into one of the characters who tells the story in the first person. This character refers to himself or herself as “I” in the story.
